No. Nimbus Themes use WordPress as the CMS, but only themes purchased through WordPress.com will work on a WordPress.com-hosted site. If you want to switch to a self-hosted website, you can purchase hosting through a company like Bluehost, they are extremely reliable, affordable, and have great support. The plus side of going with a self-hosted route is that you can monetize your site via ads, have more control over customization, and more - check out this infograph that goes through more reasons to go the self-hosted route.
Use your login information that you created during checkout to gain access to your account where you will be able to download your theme.
This means that you can use the theme(s) on as many domains as you'd like.
